2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Each product is made by hand and under demand, which means production takes between 7 to 15 days. Once your item is complete, it will be shipped according to your location, with delivery typically taking an additional 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.


 

3. Can I customize my bag?

Yes, Blacksheeps offers customization options for some of our products, including personalized engravings or material selection. When available, customization options will be shown on the product page. Please ensure all customization details are correct, as customized products cannot be modified or returned after production begins.


 

4. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Since each bag is made-to-order, once the production process begins, changes or cancellations are not possible. If you need to request a cancellation or change within this period, please contact our customer service team immediately.


 

5. What are the shipping costs?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. For international orders, shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Since all our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, Blacksheeps does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the situation and arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund if necessary.
